The Abstract Book will no longer be printed and instead is available in an electronic format on a flash drive. The flash drive includes the full text of all annual meeting abstracts as well as the full annual meeting program (accurate as of the mid-October production date) and allows users to search for presentations of interest.

Orders normally ship on the Friday after the order is placed. Please keep this in mind when selecting your shipping method.
